Alminco Engineering Team Profile

The updated regulations within the mining industry have meant an increase in required support and documentation with all of Alminco’s products. The introduction of the Scorpion Crawler Rig to the product offering has meant a high degree of analysis and simulation to ensure a safe, quality performance based product suite and platform at a client level.

Alminco will be exhibiting at MINExpo 2008, September (22nd - 24th) in conjunction with our United States partner Royal Hydraulic. We have jointly secured a 10ft x 30ft space within the Australian Trade Pavilion located in the exhibition North Hall stand number 964.

If you are attending MINExpo 2008 make sure you come on the stand to take advantage of exhibition-only specials on exhibited product. In addition we are offering great deals on bulk orders during the exhibition and for the month of October 2008, so make sure you visit us and speak to a representative.

During MINExpo, Alminco will be launching Scorpion, our 2nd Generation crawler rig product. Scorpion represents the pinnacle of engineering capability within Alminco to date. Having a strong national order book, recently extended to a New Zealand sale, Scorpion is set to take on the US market and beyond. Scorpion signals a new era in drilling and rock bolting solutions, with capability to support self-drilling rock bolts and the Alminco resin injection system. We are proud to release Scorpion in the United States in association with Royal Hydraulic who is represented by George Morrell and George Gumbert.
