We take every measure to ensure we comply with New South Wales Privacy and Personal Information Act 1998, the Federal Privacy Act 1998, as amended by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000.

You may contact the associated 4logik alliance Company to find out what information they hold about you if you or your company if require. They will need some proof of your identity before the information can be disclosed.

Where access would not be granted would be:

• threat to the privacy of another individual
• Information relates to legal proceedings
• Information could reveal commercially sensitive information      regarding decision making of the organisation
• Law prevents the disclosure
